Led by Carole, the production team is dedicated, and client focused from conception to completion.

Selecting the appropriate venue for your event is one of the most important decisions you will make. At Adriaans & Associates we take all factors into consideration before making specific recommendations to suit your individual needs.
With our event manager’s expertise, the Adriaans & Associates team manages and coordinates venues, volunteers, performers and other suppliers. This is done prior, during and subsequent to events. We also manage general tasks, such as budget management and event related marketing.
Hybrid Virtual Events
We have successfully designed and organized both fully virtual and hybrid virtual/in-person events in response to recent changes in the protocols for the safe production of group events. Our technology group ensures that your guests’ experience is fully immersive and engaging.
We’ve created many magical atmospheres and stunning settings through our inimitable decor skills. Our setups are designed to strengthen your chosen theme and add a distinct element of style to your function, including unique floral concepts that work seamlessly with the chosen theme and decor – whether it is a small intimate event or a gala dinner.
Entertainment & Production
From MCs and jazz bands to stilt walkers and classical pianists … we source, book and liaise with some of the best entertainment in Canada. We work on-site with performers, lighting, sound and staging engineers to ensure that each event – small or large – has the best production possible.
Our team consults with professional chefs in tailoring menus to deliver individually created meals to work with your theme, specifications and budget. We arrange group or private tastings where required.
Our highly skilled and creative graphic designers produce all essential material including event websites, logos, Save the Date notifications, invitations, tickets, menus, programs and signage.
We organise silent and live auctions for corporations, private home events, school associations, non-profits and charities. Auctions can be a great way to increase event revenue and entertain guests.
The UWI Toronto Benefit Gala and Awards Ceremony is the largest Global fundraiser for the University of the West Indies.
In our 14th year of organizing the UWI Benefits Gala and Awards Ceremony, Adriaans & Associates is proud to support the University in awarding 700 scholarships in all faculties, honouring 100 individuals and institutions, and raising over $3,000,000 to support their Scholarship Program.
